LAMB

All of our lamb is raised on pasture in the Berkshires and processed under USDA inspection at Eagle Bridge Custom Meats in New York. We sell direct to consumer out of our small farm store (currently by appointment only), and we supply to various local vendors. Please follow the link below to learn more!

BREEDING STOCK

Our Registered Border Leicester ewes are the center of our farm. Our flock thrives on our grass-based system here in the New England hills. Our ewes are attentive mothers that require minimal intervention during lambing. We are OPP/CL free, and only keep ewes that embody the best of the breed standards. Please reach out for availability of breeding stock.

SHEEPSKINS

We often have sheepskins for sale from our meat lambs. They are salted and trimmed right here, and tanned by Bucks County Fur Products in Pennsylvania. Pricing and availability varies.
